Election officials finished the presidential recount in Ohio on Tuesday, with the final tally shaving about 300 votes off President Bush's six-figure margin of victory in the state that gave him a second term.
My understanding is that this was not a full recount though. Only a small fraction of the votes where recounted. There have also been some questions about irregularities in the way the recount was done.
Personally, I don't doubt that Bush won Ohio. But I also don't doubt that there where wide spread problems with the voting system and a number of things done that amount to fraud.
