I've seen 3 methods
using those rules to make a memorable password.
- Modified word - change key letters in a word to a symbol or number that closely resembles the letter (similar to l337) - example 'l!f3S1ze'
- Key phrase acronym - Start with a phrase, take the first letter from each word and any punctuation and combine them so that the phrase 'Damn! I hate to change passwords.' becomes 'D!Ihtcp.'
- Keyboard sequences - This fits the rules, but is relatively insecure - follow a diaginal sequence on the keyboard like ZSE$xdr5 (note to those of you with non-US keyboards, $ is shifted 4 here)

He won it by making the other poor dumb bastard die for his country..."
