Firefox, thunderbird, simple written instructions and all the tools to get the system clean in the first place. I've added AdAware, Spybot and CWShredder to the essential list of cleaners so far. Any additions? And any advice on a solid, free anti-virus utility? Zone Alarm and urgings to get a router/firewall (Model?) will be included also. ----------------------------------------- How do you convince a Washington Journalist that you're not slapping him in the face?
