this would be a direct challenge to their omniscience
if they don't know all what good are they? (they didn't know all on 9/11 and look what happened
if they really have the evidence against Osama or anyone else, indict them

the truth is that you can never be 100% free from the possibility of terrorist attack but you can have 100% of your civil rights removed

if there is a hidden agenda in the govt. actions it is not well hidden
