I've put together an AMD Athlon 64 system and loaded it up with a Fedora Core 3 x86_64 distribution. Trying to get SETI going, (and it is a 64-bit SETI version,) in the usual way doesn't cut it. [root@frodo SETI]# uname -a Linux frodo 2.6.9-1.681_FC3 #1 Thu Nov 18 15:13:22 EST 2004 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux [root@frodo SETI]# ./setiathome ./setiathome: error while loading shared libraries: libstdc++.so.5: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory [root@frodo SETI]# locate libstdc++.so.5 /usr/lib/libstdc++.so.5 /usr/lib/libstdc++.so.5.0.7 [root@frodo SETI]# echo $PATH /usr/kerberos/sbin:/usr/kerberos/bin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/bin:/bin:/usr/X11R6/bin:/home/alex/bin [root@frodo SETI]# Anyone have any ideas?
