There's some of the 1st Doctor in there as well.
The bit in the middle is from both an [link|http://nzdwfc.tetrap.com/archive/tsv26/primecomputers.html|advertisement for Prime Computers] and an outtake for "Underworld" in which Baker tells K9 what he always wanted to tell him... ;-)

Hardest part:
Getting the stupid theremin sound for the lead. I went through quite a few iterations, and it still needs some work.
