New Concession means nothing.
If a candidate concedes but still wins, he wins, period. Concession is a quaint little custom that, when coupled with $1.50, will get you a ride on the CTA (for the next couple of weeks, anyway...then it'll take more like a buck-seventyfive).

But on the other hand, he can holler all he wants (maybe even stamp his feet). Won't change a thing; the winner is the one with the most electoral votes, concessions notwithstanding.




Unless, of course, Duh changes the Constitution...but I don't wanna go there.......yet.
