New Not according to this
[link|http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,137486,00.html|Kerry Calls Bush to Concede]

"The top Kerry election official in Florida said he knows it's over in the Sunshine State and did not see many litigation prospects there. But, he said, that approach may be applicable in Ohio."
New Concession means nothing.
If a candidate concedes but still wins, he wins, period. Concession is a quaint little custom that, when coupled with $1.50, will get you a ride on the CTA (for the next couple of weeks, anyway...then it'll take more like a buck-seventyfive).

[Edit: typos, what else?]

New Wanna bet
that should Kerry win, Shrub will holler "He gave up, I win..."
A good friend will come and bail you out of jail ... but, a true friend will be sitting next to you saying, "Damn...that was fun!"
New No, I don't
But on the other hand, he can holler all he wants (maybe even stamp his feet). Won't change a thing; the winner is the one with the most electoral votes, concessions notwithstanding.

Unless, of course, Duh changes the Constitution...but I don't wanna go there.......yet.
