Anyways google quickly turned up [link|http://www.lifenews.com/bio519.html|http://www.lifenews.com/bio519.html] which suggests that prop 71 is likely to pass by a healthy majority. I can guarantee that at least two IWETHEY regulars will vote for it (despite the fact that Arnold supports it).
