One incident involved fabrication of earthquake safety mounts: made them mirror-image. Believe there were other similar events, possibly re the main containment vessel of that same one or another reactor; of course these were corrected, late and at humongous costs, etc.


(Hey.. the folks that did Lunar went through a decent school system, did not veg out on Nintendo during 'homework time', nor plug-into tunes the rest of their waking hours. Simply - there was much less daily Noise, then. Just a guess.)

Imagine.. buying a steer-by-joystick replacement for the steering wheel in your car - from *Anyone* now bumbling about!
