At least he mentioned a case where the Judges moral desires overrode their legal posistion and produced a horrible case. Of course, he could have easily mentioned another nearly as bad case that was far more current, the one that put him in office.

I havn't seen the entire debate yet, I had to record part of it and go out with my family for dinner. But my perception from the parts I have seen so far is that Bush did better, but Kerry still had a slight edge.
