Dammit...
Why would YOU not explain this with at LEAST a 1000 word theorectical implementation description and summary?
GAH. You people are MAD I tell you!
Why would ANYBODY just DO IT THIS way?
There has got to be something wrong, as it is *JUST* to simple to be that.
Right, Ross?

You have already provided MORE than
enough proof you do the SAME thing.
Are you really this daft?
Elitism. You feel YOU are the one true light when it comes to Linux.
I have to disagree with you. You are the one tru Dim-Bulb. Not even trying to understand what and why before you spout off. Looking a damn fool.
If you understood *ANYTHING* about Discover and Hotplug, the way they are implemeted in Debian or Knoppix or Xandros... etc you'd have not even posted you blazing distribe about my blatant mis-direction of fixing the problem.
And, how is it, that editing a config file is WAY more work and compiling a kernel is WAY more simple?
The first one survives Kernel Security updates, the second one PREVENTS KERNEL SECURITY UPDATES.

No, I recoil in horror at sucky maneuvers, especially from people who ought to know better (don't have ignorance as an excuse).

Accumulate in a file, then run the file?
