Have you folks seen [link|http://imrl.usu.edu/bush_memo_study/index.htm|this]? A professor at Utah State University has written that he thinks there's nothing in the typesetting in the CBS memos that proves they're fake. I find his analysis less than convincing, but there you are. (Note that he only evaluated the typeface.)

Yes, it's interesting because as I once said, the font is not exactly TNR on Windows - but could be Adobe TR or the like - the author insists on "Typewriter". He points out that the elevation of the "th" is completely different, something I noticed immediately. There just isn't enough information to decide based on the font alone.
