Welcome to IWETHEY!

New You could do it with a tool-chain approach.
There are a number of existing tools that can write to DVD+-R(W) including boot images. And hand-rolling a boot image shouldn't be hard. But I guess the thing you're looking for is a clever script some smart guy has written to make it easy, yes? Have you looked at any of the GUI burning software? Some of them might be able to do what you're looking for.

Is it enough to love
Is it enough to breathe
Somebody rip my heart out
And leave me here to bleed

Is it enough to die
Somebody save my life
I'd rather be Anything but Ordinary
Please
