"In its rush to air its now discredited story about President George W. Bush\ufffds National Guard service, CBS bumped another sensitive piece slated for the same \ufffd60 Minutes\ufffd broadcast: a half-hour segment about how the U.S. government was snookered by forged documents purporting to show Iraqi efforts to purchase uranium from Niger."

if the Nigerian document story looked so good, why would they pre-empt it for National Guard thingy?

Remember, the 9/11 Commission says it was Joe Wilson did the lying as far as yellowcake was concerned.
