If it's too stiff, add more water." I can't make it worth a damn if she isn't there to make sure it's right, and "add this or that until it's right" doesn't scale very well. If I'm going to help, we need to get something unambiguous. [1] And it's not bread. It's dog biscuits actually. Post #172,108 by Another Scott 9/1/04 12:30:54 AM Reply	I know about dog treats and toys, boy do I. ;-) The way to get the recipe right is to do what she does, but weigh all the ingredients before hand, and weigh what's left afterward. The net is what you used and you can scale that as necessary. That's probably the best way. Keep track of the mixing time too. Otherwise, just keep practicing until you can do it without her! :-) Luck! Cheers, Scott.
