Reminds me of a short story I once read
An avowed atheist is visited by the devil one night with a contract for his soul in return for unimaginable riches. The atheist turns down the offer. The devil points out that the atheist doesn't believe in the existence of a soul, so what difference does it make? Atheist said he still doesn't believe in a soul, but figured if someone wanted it that bad he'd just as soon keep it to himself.
