I watch cartoons with my son
Psyduck is a water Pokemon, if he gets a headache, his psychic powers emerge, otherwise he gets his butt kicked. I think Misty owns one of them. It sounds to me to be some sort of political statement on Fedora?

PsyDuck a Pokemon Character...
But I'm at a loss to understand what that has to do with Fedora.org.

Maybe some kid bought the rights to Fedora.org and just wanted to put something on it. Could it be a slap in the face of RedHat's Fedora Open Source Linux client effort?
The only way I had a clue on this one was that my 9, 7, and 4 year olds watch the show on Sat AM cartoons.
