Seems to me
that outsourcing to Israel would mean moving work to a less stable location, seeing how the "suicide martyrs" can't be totally stopped.

Abu Sayeff is pretty much over.
The government did a great snowjob on Bush and convinced him that they were tied to Al Quaeda, when ties were tenuous at best. Now they've gotten what they want, they're pulling out of their "obligations."
Can you blame 'em? We've (the U.S.) has been fucking them over since the late 1800's...

It's all a question of money
Someone in Israel costs about %70 of someone in the US, someone in India or China costs only %30 or less of someone in the US. I know from experience, that is why I was laid off last October.
