The whole event took place when I was in the United States Marine Corps. It wanted reparations for the Cigarettes and Alcohol consumption. It filed mainly because if I wanted to continue to be able to workout and lift weights. I had to balance my diet of Cigarettes and Alcohol with some form of Caffiene. Well, even though I quit the smoking and drinking, my Central Nervous System has no intention of giving up it's hard fought spoils of battle.
