We recently moved a lot of our operations staff from near Sacramento, CA to Dubuque, IA. Stating the obvious, many chose not to go, some because of ther commitment to home, others because of pay cuts. Rather than "offshore", our company is chosing to "inshore" to cheaper parts of the country in an attempt to reduce the company's payroll.
