I had this discussion with Box earlier. He showed me it was a Civil Law.

Just that there are web sites that say things like this:

From what I hear it is hard to enforce these civil laws as there are millions of illegal immigrants trying to get into the country every year. After being caught, there is not enough jail space to hold most of them, so they let some go. The punishments for illegally entering this country are not strict enough and after doing the time, or paying the fine, they try to get back in, and can be caught several times or more.

Of course Bush wants to turn them into temorary workers:

Issue them temporary work permits, the next step is to put them into the military and use them as grunts, I guess?
