Yup, that's the one.
They purchased and/or developed a couple of other network products, including an Internet Sharing program (iShare) and an email server (XtraMail) which ran also on networks other than Lantastic.
Later they sold off the network products, and their only current product is the TeleVantage IP-PBX system which I understand is quite good.
Lantastic is still sold and is still used, particularly in DOS based POS (Point of Sale) systems (yes, DOS based POS systems are still sold - they're cheap and highly reliable). XtraMail and iShare are still sold, though not widely.
