Consensus here is that Al Qa'ida *was* the key instigator & that it was done knowing it might topple the Spanish govt & that if it did it was highly probable the new Govt would pull out of the 'coalition of the willing'

National Police Chief wars that Australia may be next (we have an election due this year as well). Prime Minister immeditely challenged Police Chiefs interpretation (hmmm) but other prominent polies say PM should list to his Police Chief.

The government was accused of withholding information on the investigation to save the election.

Wonder where they could have picked up that trick from?
