Welcome to IWETHEY!

New the "we" would be...
....me, myself, I, my brother, my other brother, yet another brother, and my sister <grin>.

Seriously, tricky piece to write given edit requirements. Skip distros that are not solely focused on the desktop. Test as if you were just a "casual" business user in an agency environment.....only the pointy clicky stuff. No "difficult" command line testing <ugh>. Keep it very high level. <sigh>

I get very tired of the dumbed down world in which we are living these days. And, yes, I'll admit to some passive and perhaps convoluted sentences. Article written wee hours after a 70+ hour week. Still, if it gets more people to at least "check it out" and do a POC...then a-okay by me.

Best,
Slugbug (who thinks we need a book written on the art of napping)

P.S. Have had well over a hundred responses to the article and 90% were positive. Loved the response from the one guy who claimed that Linux is the most insecure and targeted OS and didn't I know that 'doze is clearly better <grin>

New Ah right, your family is definitely Big(gs) :-)
I'd initially wondered if slugbugjr was involved.

Guess not. Hope that she is doing better.

Cheers,
Ben

New but, but, but...
....my one brother always claims I shoulda been a "Littles" due to my height or lack thereof...heh!

Slugbugjr wanted to test, but unfortunately her condition is worsening. We are likely heading for neurosurgery in mid-April. Not a good time, but we will push through. After all, I promised to have her healed in time for her to vote Bush outta office and that's one promise I intend to do my best to keep!

New Don't you remember your Robin Hood?
Remember why Little John was Little John?

Biggs fits. :-)

I'm sorry to hear that Jr is worse. Sometimes bad things happen to good people. I strongly hope that your best is good enough to allow you to keep your promise.
