Seems the 10 day old baby was stolen (by a cousin of the father) & the house torched to hide the crime. They were from Philly PA.

Police & fire authorities believed the baby had been burned to cinders in the fire.

Mother was at a birthday party 6 years later & saw a girl who was a dead ringer for her other kids - she was so convinced that she made an excuse (gum in hair) to snip a lock of the childs hair & have it dna analysed. Result was a 100% hit.

Mother gets daughter back.

From appearance am guessing they are Puerto Rican or some other variety of hispanic.
