New Windows MUD Client
This post is further to a conversation Drew and I had on II about a decent MUD client for Windows.

Well, I think I've found one - Mud Master 2000. Yes, the name is cheesy.

I got it from www.download.com, but had to use wget to download it, as the @home server it lives on is a big pile of poo.

New Mirrors 'n' stuff...
Go to [link|http://www.mud-master.com/MMGUI/|[link|http://www.mud-master.com/MMGUI/|http://www.mud-master.com/MMGUI/]], click the Download link.

Or go directly to [link|http://www.mud-master.com/MMGUI/Download.html|[link|http://www.mud-master.com/MMGUI/Download.html|http://www.mud-mast...ownload.html]] (but then you don't get the site framed).

HTH!

("Google is your friend" -- if that isn't an LRPDism, it sure oughta be...)

New That could take a while
Oh, did you just mean ... well nevermind that, then.

Launch MM2K
Start new session

Configuration->Session Configuration
Server Address: iwethey.org
Port: 80

Connect
...

Nothing. No response from the server. I tried prepending 'telnet://' to the Server Address field, and every time I tried to connect it hung and I had to 3-finger salute to kill MM2K.
