Comcast offers to buy Disney
[link|http://news.com.com/2100-1026_3-5157087.html?tag=nefd_top|http://news.com.com/...html?tag=nefd_top] Comcast on Wednesday launched an unsolicited proposal to buy Walt Disney for more than $54 billion in stock to join the largest U.S. cable operator with one of the most storied U.S. media companies, known for its film studio and theme parks.
If successful, the deal would vault Comcast into one of the world's largest media companies combining Disney's film studio, ABC television network, ESPN sports network and theme parks with Comcast's 21 million cable subscribers.

My first reaction was

A cable company buying Disney?
It's like bottling company buying CocaCola.

Comcast is pretty large.
They bought AT&T's cable assets for $72B.

Я использую российского переводчика "Онлайн ПРОМТ". Я понятия не имею, работает ли это правильно! Это делает Кириллические зашифровывания, и это хорошо.

Left one out.
Annoying fucking monopoly who I'd love to kick out of Seattle, that has decimated any possibility of real (symmetric) broadband in any neighborhoods I might possibly be able to afford to live in.

Not bad, even got an idiom right
Although "encoding" is more "kodirovka" than "zashifrovyvanie".

Why not cut to chase
Uncle Sam Consortium buys Fortune 500.
How finance, one might ask?
Simple - the way we finance all the really Important Stuff like wars, shooting or economic: Mortgage them all, add US [lowest 20% natch] taxpayer funding; there's bound to be A Way. It's worked so far.
Gain: "efficiency" Reduce: costs (offshore the messy employees) Result: Repo Progress in its essence.
Avoid these messy piece-by-peace disassemblies.. dynamite [the rest of] the foundation and start over, while learning to love
