Welcome to IWETHEY!

New Thanks - useful perspective for tomorrow,
as Syria et al try to explain how it was that some 20ish Wahhabis were so brilliantly brainwashed, kept that way for x years, learned to steer a jet - and died for Israel.. with Allah on their lips (cockpit xmission IIRC).

I suppose that the only ones rejoicing locally over this nascent event - are the ones yearning for that Armageddon thing, all a hopin to get raptured out so's to watch the show from an airy perspective - nodding heads, smugly.

I'd prefer the explanation you uncovered - otherwise the silliness-Q of the entire species takes another hit, and religious inculcation of the young looks more and more like a form of aflatoxin - as well as the usual child abuse.

Bad time for visiting civilized planets, with a Terra visa..

New CVR tapes available?
To whom, where? Or were you citing a report somewhere?

"with Allah on their lips (cockpit xmission IIRC)."
New Just vague memory of things heard amidst it all,
that 'Allah' was a part of some of the phrases where a pilot kept mic keyed - "a struggle in cockpit" was 'heard', IIRC by air controller = recorded on his tapes. I suspect that these sounds are out there somewhere, but haven't much of a clue how to locate either a transcript or audio..
