It's also fun to poke through the binary looking for stuff they've left behind. Return the doc as RTF, labled as DOC, with Ted. Add a note that in general, you prefer altnernatives to .DOC. And over a dialup, I didn't feel like waiting that long just for the opportunity to read an application in Word format. All but AbiWord should come down within five minutes, give it 20 for the whole set. Besides, it's so much fun returning someone's Word doc as a textfile. ;-) `-- Karsten M. (Of course, I'll have to get the RPMs, until I have the time to redo this machine with Debian. Which, buy the way, once I do I'm going to have some questions for you on automating updates. I know you've given pointers before but can't find them.)
