New It's interesting to watch Corp-think evolve
All the added duties are things we once did before the Corp swallowed us. After the initial shakedown, they consolidated helpdesk here and consolidated the other tasks into various of our other locales. Now that the folks at those locations have a couple/three years of expertise built up and our skills are rusty....

Then, of course, we will get to reassign some people from our location who *were* going to be fired to help with the workload. System imaging, for example, will need 2 people minimum.
