Discipline
The teams that having dancing end-zoners when they are 2-12, have obvious athlete stupidity and commitment issues. The good teams have a team character they derive from the organization. That is what is interesting about football - it really is a team sport that is not overly dominated by individual superstars - and when some idiot like Joe Horn grabs a cell phone and acts a fool, people give each other a knowing look and understand why the Saints suck, and why the coach is beside himself.
Anybody on my team that behaved like Moss, Johnson, Horn, Owens (endless list!) would treated harshly.
(Joe Horn was asked by an ESPN guy - "what about the concept of sportsmanship?" - and Horn sat there as if the guy had asked him the chemical formula for corticosteroids. Idiots who do not understand the concept of sportsmanship cannot possibly understand the meaning of team play, and are less than worthless to an organization.)
(Also funny to watch Old School Tom Jackson of ESPN put up with Michael Irving. Sometimes it looks like Jackson will jump of out his seat and pummel Irving...)
