Available in mid-2004 as an add-on to most of Microsoft's e-mail software, SmartScreen technology developed by Microsoft's research arm will filter e-mail to prevent unwanted advertising and malicious messages from reaching recipients' inboxes.

They also talk about the ISA server and say it will be out next year...which is kind of funny since we run it already.
