Not a good sign for American control, even if these where targeted at known resistance sites that the US felt the need to bomb the target suggests a serious lack of control on the ground. Jay

What a terrible mess we've created. This must be a low point in our proud history, to go with Indian massacres and slavery. -drl

All news reports here in Australia covered what looked like a major offensive ?. Stuck me as very odd to launch a military attack against who ? - people who were already subdued ? - revenge ? - just why do you need to launch a major attack against a population center of a country that lost a war months ago ? Perhaps M has the answer :-)
