I would read that as...
"the pisser" - in reference to a pissing contest.
I'm just going off of context and a juvenile sense of humor though, I don't speak Spanish. ;-)

Well, it's not the obvious choice, "little fisherman" - fisherman is "pescador" in Spanish and Portugese. It's "Pescatore" in Italian.
So what is it? Pool is "piscina" so it could mean "someone in a pool" - a temporary worker or contractor. Or it could mean something literal like "swimmer". Interesting problem!
