Might... Just be doing a...
Part-time Gig, with Insurance for the Fam... and allowing me to do BOTH the real hosting *AND* consulting during off-hours.
I was set a back... as the guy that asked me, casually asked about me doing something like it. The reason I was set back, was aout 11 years ago, I worked for his Father-in-law *and* him for 3 months back when... and couldn't take the Asshole, so I quit out of disgust.
Well, 11 years can change a couple of people. Me, I am seriously a different person from 11 years ago, taking meds to bring the chemical imbalance back... what a difference.
Him, same kind of thing, except he also had a "near" heart attack. So he takes meds for chemical imbalance and has gained new respect for people he trusts to do thier job.
So, all in all it could be a Wonderful opportunity...
I hope it works out. Having that "regular paycheck" assures the wife... anything on top of that is gravy. The best part, he said he'd pay @$GREGS_WORTH per hour... but on a non-exempt salary basis.

Yowza, yowza.
Boy, I can barely imagine getting paid $BOBS_WORTH. $GREGS_WORTH must be sweet. :) Way to go!

Good luck, Greg.
And you're right about time healing (almost) all wounds, too. Great insight (which probably aided and abetted your possbile return...you know... Law or Karma and all that...)
Good Luck!

Welp... that does it... (iwethey+-) (which is good)
No longer iwethey--.
Now am iwethey+- (err well part time)
Making as more than most people are making full time in the place.
We have some work to do to catch up this place... so Things are Much better now.
BTW, this is the place that had the Major Backup problem... with the person not checking them on a regular basis.
Now checking the archive once before tape, once after restore from tape... All through one script.
Well, on a good not this will allow me to work from here as well on my Schtuff. As well as get a regular paycheck.
<me getting a bit religious here> The Lord helped me through this tough time and has given me a great opportunity to do consulting with a standard draw and insurance.
Schweet to me.
