I have now adopted the approach of adding a short summary as I too find that links that don't have an intro which at least captures the essence of the link, are becoming a problem. Part of the reason is that too often one decides to follow the link, waits a short while for it to appear & finds it is irrelevant or old news or not what it appeared to be. Most of us have particular topics we focus on at different times & an intro to a link at least gives us an initial filtering mechanism. Don't feel singled out as the practines of links with no intros, is carried out by serveral of us here. It is just that with the Sept 11 event, the items are flowing much faster & like many, I don't want to waste time finding out that a link is irrelevant to my interests. Cheers Doug
