There is no mention of the administrators being subject of an injunction barring them from ever working in a public facility of any description again, ever working for any organization whatsoever without first informing that organization of the facts of the case, nor any demand that they return all salary and benefits that were obtained by the fraud of pretending to be part of a post-16th Century society. And they completely forgot to ask for the Scarlet Letter, in this case "I". On the other hand, the decision will probably include reference to 9/11 and the idea that the administrators were just trying to keep people safe. ---- Sometime you the windshield, sometime you the bug, sometime you the driver you turn on the windshield washer you keep going.

Definitely not in the public school network and not even in the catholic net. I kept an eye on this one since it broke, thinking/hoping someone would come to his/her senses and make it go away, but no such luck. Agreement on the 9/11 reference; flying broomsticks are an imminent danger to the public.

Fundamentalism is the Large Attractor in any case - as it demands so little of the hard work of Reason. (Reason, or even its little brother Intellect -- have never been on the short list of admired qualities - in these parts.) But Greed generally wins in a walk. ie unsurprising that a Salem mindset can coexist with the new $3000 map display in your $40K car.. which obviates the need for your ever learning how to read an actual map. (Or the sci-calc which makes exponentials go away. You Think). Can.. someone's [WTF - call it "intense personality" - with a lot of energy put into it] focussed upon another personality -- create "symptoms" in that 'other'? Well, we have discovered that We Can Make Ourselves 'Sick' via morbid me-me-me obsession (or when we Really wanna get outta That Test on Monday) n'est ce pas? Highly suggestible R'US. Is it then unthinkable that certain persons so Interested in the human psyche as to be obsessed with its manipulations: m i g h t indeed 'affect' others (especially those of highest susceptibility to fears about, What Others Think About Moi\ufffd) ?? As to adjudicating such matters.. Hah! The Law and its panoply of pseudo-science + black robes: proves unable to discipline even a massively conspicuous renegade, anti-legal Software Beast - WTF would anyone imagine that THIS vastly more complex 'matter' - would be handled with more aplomb.
