(in regards to investigating terrorists and criminals in general) Is following the money trail just about taking excess funds away, implicating those involved, or something else? A method of paperless tranfer based on trust between agents at two ends of a caravan route has been in place for thousands of years. There are no records you're going to be able to trace.
