I just realized they needed to wait until 9:00 ET so the towers were full of innocent civilians. These killers had it all planned out so that the maximum number of people would be killed. The evil here is completely diabolical.

The crashes needed to be sufficiently simultaneous to prevent the Air Force from choosing the lesser evil of having to shoot down the "late" planes. That was only minutes away from happening, anyway.
