In what format is All Your Data stored? Who *owns* (and regularly changes) that proprietary data format? Do you see a trend here, for any future of arbitrary s/ware cost increases? Can [this company] afford the loss of all its records to a next format change, possibly / likely demanding that All Your Records shall reside on "the web" on a M/Soft server somewhere?
