Post #104,931 by rcareaga 6/5/03 1:48:04 AM Reply	clueless cartoonist Glenn McCoy, carried by the NY Times as, I suppose, a kind of ideological affirmative action, draws poorly and displays a level of sophistication somewhat inferior to that of the 1950s cartoonists who drew eagles or Uncle Sams to represent this country, and ravenous bears for the Sovs, and helpfully depicted floating sheets of foolscap bearing descriptive labels, "USA" and "USSR," lest the reader miss the point. His point was ok and his drawing not the best but the point was made. I don't agree with his cartoon, though -- it's not the states fault that Bush is forcing them to pay for a lot of things they never had to pay for before while cutting the amount of money they to do it with.
