As far as the Democrats fleeing the state, the impression I have (and get from the people I know) is that after 130+ years of majority rule, the Democrats are acting like little kids who take the game ball home when they don't get their way. I spent a few weeks in Austin a year ago on business. It is gorgeous; almost as pretty as western Wisconsin! I'd consider moving there; though Texas is behind Alaska on places to where I'd consider moving (remember, if Alaska decides to split in 2, Texas becomes the third largest state in the union. ;-p ) Brian Bronson
