I love to help people out, I've worked out serious problems with quite a number of people now. Some from this group, some not.

I just love to giveaway my knowledge.

I'd say my greatest talent is Mentoring someone I work with. If they are willing to learn, I put them on things that are *JUST* out of the reach of current knowledge.

Some people just can't handle Steering. Others do well, like you.
