Need new icon or indicator

...so that when a comment contains an image, we can see in advance.

I suggest adding the text "(Image, 128K)" after the comment title. Substitute the actual size for "128K", obviously :-)

Edit Preferences -> Image Display Format -> Display Link To

... Image.
