...need a crash course in Windows 2000 admin. :-)

Where and how does one check the memory and processor usage? They've changed things around a bit, and I can't seem to locate these things. What I've got is a server that's been patched a couple of times and the performance has gotten significantly worse.

Any quick & dirty recommendations for tracking down service and/or memory problems?
