When the version number changed?

Because the only "change" there was 1) the version number and 2) I uploaded the source code. :-D

New Hey, don't shoot the (confused) messenger.
I only noticed the behavior when I saw 0.4.0 appear.

FWIW, it (the jumping before repaint) doesn't seem to be happening anymore. :-/
