The "Print Report" function key was next to the "Irrevocably Delete This Report and Get in Trouble with Your Boss" key. Of course, this wasn't the worst problem. There is an editor wherein if you type the word 'exit', it means: e - select entire document x - delete entire selection i - insert mode t - 't' Basically typing 'exit' replaced your entire document with the letter 't'...
