Of course we could just start exterminating portions of the world and stop when every body that's still alive is sure that they like us... we could probably make them use Microsoft software in english as a litmus test.... The last idiot to blow up a large building was one of ours. There is plenty of time to start the Last War. Let's do it deliberatly, hmmm? -Hugh

This is an act of war, not a murder trial. If you harbor them, you also can be attacked. If it is domestic? Dont know, harder. Still an insurrection and sedition can result in court martials as opposed to criminal trials. Hafta look that one up. The same answer on gun control, know what you are shooting act and be danged sure of your target.
