This kind of behaviour tends to point at hardware - is the memory known to be good in another box, for example? Without access to the boxen in question, troubleshooting is difficult, as you might imagine. But in this instance I would definitely start with the hardware, then start unplugging peripherals. -- Peter Shill For Hire
Post #8,470 by orion 9/11/01 11:50:36 PM Reply	What it could be I got a Cooler Master AMD Althon Fan, my brother tells me that he had problems with Cooler Master Fans that went away after he replaced the fan. Just booting the system into CMOS Setup "PC Health" it showed 114F within a few minutes. The Overheating could cause the lockups, right? Now as to the network issues, I have no clue what went wrong with those. *Picking up the pieces of my broken life.*
